This is our first product — a handcrafted hair oil made with 17 deeply researched ingredients. After over a year of development, testing, and personal commitment, we’re proud to say: we truly believe in what we’ve created.

💬 Why We Do Not Accept General Returns (Please Read)
We’re not offering general returns — and here’s why:

This is our first launch, and we’re still small. Each bottle has been made with careful attention, not mass production. We don’t carry overstock — we carry belief.
Our oil is made in small, fresh batches. Once it leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee its purity if it returns, so we cannot reuse or resell it. This is both a quality and hygiene commitment.
We stand by our formulation. If you’ve purchased the product, you’re holding something we’ve tested endlessly — on real scalps, real hair, real journeys. This is not an experiment. This is intention.
We humbly ask that you understand — your trust is everything to us. That’s why we are being fully honest and upfront from Day 1.

✅ When You Can Request a Return or Exchange:
We will gladly replace your order or issue a refund if:

The product arrives leaking, broken, or physically damaged
You receive the wrong item
In these rare cases, we want to make it right — immediately.

To be eligible:

You must email us at hello@checkbyasg.com within 3 calendar days of delivery
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photographs showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
We will review your request within 48 hours and, if approved, we will:

Send a replacement (if stock allows), or
Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Note: For refunds, processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider (usually 5–7 business days).

❌ What Is Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:
Opened or used products
Products returned after 3 days of delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or transit after delivery
Cases of “change of mind” or subjective dissatisfaction with scent/texture (as these are personal preferences, not faults)
🔄 Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it — as long as it hasn’t been processed for dispatch.
To cancel, email us immediately at hello@checkbyasg.com with your order number.

📦 In Case of Replacement:
If we request the damaged product to be returned to us (in rare cases), we’ll arrange pickup through our courier partner or guide you on how to send it back. We will cover the cost of returns for damaged/wrong items only.
