At Check by ASG, every bottle begins with care — and it ends with a promise: to reach you safely, securely, and as soon as possible. This page explains how we handle shipping for all orders across India and beyond.

📦 Where We Ship
Currently, we ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through our trusted delivery partners.

🌍 International shipping is not available at this time. But stay tuned — the ritual is growing.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes
Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
(We prepare your order, run a final quality check, and hand it over to our delivery partner.)
Delivery Time (India): 3–7 business days
(Depending on your location and courier service availability.)
During peak launch or festival periods, delivery may take slightly longer. But we’ll always keep you updated.
📲 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:

A tracking link via email or SMS
Regular status updates until it reaches your doorstep

💰 Shipping Charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹699
For orders below ₹699, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies
Any launch offers or free delivery (e.g., for subscribers) will be clearly mentioned during checkout
❗ Shipping Delays or Issues
We’re deeply committed to getting your ritual to you on time — but some delays may occur due to:

Natural calamities, festivals, or logistical disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
Remote location challenges
If your order is significantly delayed or lost, we will do everything in our power to resolve it — or issue a refund if necessary.

🧾 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before placing the order.

If you made a mistake:

Email us within 2 hours of placing the order at hello@checkbyasg.com
After dispatch, we may not be able to change the address
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be re-shipped at an additional fee.

📦 Multiple Orders / Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders back-to-back, we’ll do our best to combine them for single delivery. Please email us within 2 hours to request this. However, we cannot guarantee it once items are in processing.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Same-day or next-day express shipping
International deliveries
